Do you know the Olympics start this Friday? I had forgotten all about
it till I saw a commercial a little while ago. Will you watch any of
it?

I like the skaters, but Tony watches other things too.

I, of course, will be watching the hockey. I like the winter games
better than the summer. I will probably watch some of the skiing and
bobsled stuff. There are some native WNY participating.

I expect to watch a lot of it but the skating competitions made me
nervous. It upsets me to see them fall.

I will be watching as much as I can, but on the Canadian station. I watched the opening ceremonies on that station Friday and saw everything live rather than on tape.

If it interferes with my regular shows though, I won't watch.

Saw some of the snowboarding the other day. Don't care for that.

I love the skating. In fact I have it on pip now. But I do like to
watch other stuff too.

I love watching the skating too... This snowboarding is interesting too.

The snowboard cross was interesting.

I watched the USA play Finland in hockey today. Too bad we lost. It seemed
to me (a novice) that we shot ourselves in the foot with penalties.

[M Dean]

They did get into penalty trouble, but, could not score while they had
the power play.

I watched it on and off and missed the skating last night. Joe told me
Sasha fell so it's better I didn't watch it. My heart sinks when they
fall.
