VEGETARIAN

Has anyone ever thought about doing this? I would not go completely
veggie but would still have eggs and milk also yogurt..... I have been
checking into this for a few weeks.

Alice, now that we're learning about what they're doing to red meat so
it stays red even when it's old, this might be a good time to give up
meat. I don't like very many veggies so I'd have a problem with it.

Steven's girlfriend Julia is a vegetarion. She grew up that way and has never eaten a piece of meat in her life. At this time it would probably make very ill to try it.

My boss is a vegetarian. She eats no cheese, but does eat some eggs. Occasionally. Her health is good. She live mainly on rice with steamed vegetables. Says Americans ruin veggies. We either eat them raw or cooked to death. ha ha I think she is right.

Since I have been doing searching on vegetarian living, it becomes more
and more interesting.... I don't think I could actually become a
VEGAN--- I am looking at either LACTO-OVO-VEGETARIAN or a LACTO-
VEGETARIAN includes eggs... LOL, didn't know there was such a
difference.

I couldn't do a vegetarian diet--even if it meant I was healthier.

I like most veggies so I could survive. But Like my cheeses and eggs.
But I think I would crave a burger or beef on wick, a ham and cheese
every so often. What about Thanksgiving.....no turkey.......maybe I'll
stay a meat eater. lol

Julia was here today (Steve's girlfriend.) I think I mentioned earlier that she has never had a piece of meat in her whole life. She told me today that she would teach me how to make tofu. I eat it at work often, and like it. In fact I really enjoy it, but don't have any idea how to cook it.

Steve said she actually had him eat a soy hot dog and he liked it. This is the guy who is usually even fussier than my mother!!!
