Anyone going to watch the 500 tomorrow?

Not here--- my friend here--- her son from Warren came to be there...He
paid $225.00 for one ticket... He drove down, spent one night on the
road and has a motel in Daytona.... Sort of an expensive race??????

That race is expensive. It is the biggest one of the year. There is a whole
week of racing involved in Daytona in February. But is sure a good show. I
watched racing on and off all week last week. The Shootout, the qualifying,
the Busch and of course the Nextel.

Good entertainment.

Patsy, I really don't watch the races. But, I will flip the channel to
see how #88 is doing.

Not into racing at all. Not sure why. Maybe because as I grew up, we
didn't have a car so they didn't mean much.....

I watched the opening ceremonies but never watched the race. Did
someone win that you wanted to win?

Of course not, Diane!!! My favorite driver is one of the older veterans. The
young guys do most of the winning

Racing is different. A guy could not win one race all year and still win the
championship. That is why it is so exciting.
