On the local news last night, they were comparing stores for food
shoppers. Between Target and Walmart stores it was close but Albertson's
was quite high.

Now that Target has food, I wonder how soon they will hurt Walmart?

Our Targets don't have food, just snacks.

We have no Target stores down here "in the boonies". I was only in one
once, in Rochester. I didn't care for it at all.

I don't usually shop at Target. But then again, I don't usually shop at
Walmart either because I'm not much of a shopper.
I buy groceries at Sam's, Tops (a local supermarket chain), and Sav A
Lot sometimes. Target is a very competitive company but so is Walmart.

I read that there's talk that Walmart will be opening a bank.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did open a bank. They seem to be making everything one. Pretty soon there will be only one store to shop in...Walmart, one drugstore....Walgreens, and one bank....Bank of America.

Target is starting to sell groceries in some places? I didn't know that.
